Roz Savage is the first, and so far only woman, to row solo across the world’s “Big Three” oceans: Atlantic, Pacific, and Indian. She holds four Guinness World Records, and was appointed as a Member of the Order of the British Empire in the Queens Birthday Honours in Buckingham Palace for services to fundraising and the environment.

She was named Adventurer of the Year by National Geographic in 2010.

Her second book, Stop Drifting, Start Rowing: One Woman’s Search for Happiness and Meaning Alone on the Pacific, was published by Hay House in 2013.

Roz writes, speaks, and lectures on sustainability, courage, resilience, and change. Her audience and clients include Yale, Cambridge and Oxford Universities, the US Department of State, National Geographic, TED, Google, Disney, Hootsuite and thousands of people across the globe.

An Ambassador for the United Nations Environment Program, she now combines her self-taught life skills with principles from neuroscience, psychology, personal development and leadership theory, to inform and inspire corporate audiences.
